MSL Memphis Roughed Up By Shredders

The home crowd had a good time watching the MSL Memphis Mockingbirds and MSL Hollywood Shredders get after it.
MSL Hollywood catcher Carlos Morales had a 4-RBI performance, which helped his team down the MSL Memphis Mockingbirds, 8-0. Daniel Delfinado picked up the win with 8 innings of work. He allowed no runs on 2 hits, while walking 3 and striking out 3. On the season, he is now 4-2.
With MSL Hollywood leading 2-0 in the bottom of the third, Morales hit a fastball from Félix Meléndez for a 2-run home run. It was his 8th home run of the season and put the Shredders ahead, 4-0.
"It was a solid team effort," said Morales after the game.
The victory gives MSL Hollywood a record of 11-11.
