Rocketeers Defeat Rainbow Mermaids, 7-6
The MSL Seattle Rocketeers defeated the MSL Northern Virginia Rainbow Mermaids by the score of 7-6, with the biggest share of the credit going to catcher Ty Riese. Riese was 2 for 4 with a home run and a walk, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once for the Rocketeers on the day. The victory puts MSL Seattle at 9-13.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the 11th inning, when MSL Seattle first baseman Francisco Martínez, facing Juan Carlos Mejía, had a run-scoring ground out. It gave the Rocketeers the 7-6 win.
