Billy Goats Fall Short, 5-4, at MSL Philadelphia
The MSL Philadelphia Liberty picked up a win at MSL Liberty Ballpark, dropping the MSL Colorado Billy Goats, 5-4. Manuel Rosado, who is tied for 5th in the PMSL in wins with 4, was the difference-maker. The second-place Liberty are now 15-8, the Billy Goats 9-14.

Guillermo Vélez, who is tied for 8th in the PMSL with a .545 slugging percentage, chipped in a run-scoring single for MSL Philadelphia in the bottom of the sixth. For the game, the left fielder had 2 hits in 4 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 1 run scored, and 2 RBI.

"Manuel had good arm action, good stuff," said MSL Philadelphia manager Armando Ortíz.
