Stingers Suffer 6-2 Loss to Voodoo
The MSL Toledo Stingers went down to defeat to José Salazar and his MSL New Orleans teammates. The final score was 6-2, in favor of the Voodoo. In 5.1 innings, Salazar surrendered 4 hits, while striking out 5 and walking 3. He allowed 2 runs. Jason Carroll recorded the save, his 3rd.

Who knows how it might've ended, had it not been for Jorge Rojas? The MSL New Orleans right fielder had a run-scoring single in the top of the sixth inning to put the Voodoo on top, 4-2. For the game, Rojas had 1 double and 2 singles in 5 at-bats.
