Kozawa, MSL Detroit Prevail in Pitchers' Duel
The home crowd had a good time watching the MSL Seattle Rocketeers and MSL Detroit Elite get after it.

Otojiro Kozawa, who is tied for 3rd in the PMSL with a 1.81 ERA, was locked in. The right-hander led the MSL Detroit Elite to a 1-0 win against the MSL Seattle Rocketeers at MSL Detroit Ballpark. Álex Canseco closed the game out for MSL Detroit, earning his 5th save.

Kozawa earned the win, going 8 strong innings for MSL Detroit. The native of Moka, Japan, allowed just 1 hit, while striking out 9. MSL Seattle hitters did next to nothing against the right-hander.

"I was just taking it batter by batter, just enjoying the moment," said Kozawa.

MSL Seattle has now lost 7 in a row.
