Patriots Suffer 5-2 Loss to MSL Mexico City
|
MSL Mexico City got a strong outing from Carlos Camacho as the Blue Demons defeated the MSL Boston Patriots, 5-2, at MSL Blue Demon Ballpark. Norberto Chapa, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 4th save. With the win, the Blue Demons have a record of 13-16.
In the bottom of the fourth, Hirohisa Takahashi delivered a clutch hit. With two gone and runners on 2nd and 3rd, the MSL Mexico City designated hitter hit a 2-run double, putting the Blue Demons in front, 5-2.
Said losing manager Arvi Fufachev: "Obviously, we wished for a better outcome."
