MSL Seattle Rocketeers starter Take Markus hurled his team past the MSL Toronto Thunder, 8-1. In 7.1 innings, Markus surrendered 8 hits, while striking out 3 and walking 1. He allowed 1 run. The last-place Rocketeers own a record of 9-20.
MSL Seattle got a big at-bat from Willemstad, Curaçao native Anthon de Moor, who in the top of the second hit a 3-run home run. It was his 5th home run of the season and put the Rocketeers ahead, 5-0.
