Santos Lifts Stingers to 9-6 Triumph
MSL Toledo right fielder Carlos Santos contributed significantly to his team's 9-6 win over the MSL Hollywood Shredders. Santos went 2 for 4 with 2 runs scored to lead the offensive attack for the Stingers. MSL Toledo, with the win, climbs to 6-23.

With MSL Toledo leading 5-2 in the top of the sixth, Santos batted against MSL Hollywood pitcher Héctor Serrano. Santos hit a fastball to right-center for a grand slam home run. His 4th home run of the season put the Stingers on top, 9-2.

MSL Toledo manager José Pinto was pleased with the team's effort. "Our guys went out there and put good wood on the ball," he said.
