Fans watched the MSL Boston Patriots and the MSL New Orleans Voodoo fight to the finish.

A 3-RBI performance from Logan Unicume, who is rated as the 95th best prospect by BNN, helped the MSL Boston Patriots beat the MSL New Orleans Voodoo, 7-6. MSL Boston reliever Ken Irvin picked up the win, upping his record to 1-0. Javier Nevárez was saddled with the loss.

Unicume had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the eighth. On a 2-2 curveball from Javier Nevárez, he banged a 2-run home run to left, giving the Patriots a 7-6 lead. It was the 11th home run of the year for Unicume.

MSL Boston manager Arvi Fufachev was pleased with the team's effort. "Our guys went out there and put good wood on the ball," he said.

The Patriots have an impressive 20-11 record.
