Shredders Get 5-0 Win Versus MSL Seattle
The MSL Hollywood Shredders topped the MSL Seattle Rocketeers, 5-0, in USPL Mexican Summer League action at MSL Seattle Ballpark. The standout performance belonged to MSL Hollywood pitcher and Melipilla, Chile, native Carlos Ortega. MSL Hollywood, now 15-18, holds down 7th place in the PL MSL.

It could have been a different outcome for MSL Hollywood, had it not been for Li-ping Niu, the top prospect . Niu contributed a run-scoring ground out in the top of the fifth inning to put MSL Hollywood up, 1-0.

"It's nice to get the results when you're feeling good and throwing the ball well," said Ortega after the game.
