Patriots Win 4th Straight, Take Down Shredders, 2-1

In a tension-filled contest between the MSL Boston Patriots and the MSL Hollywood Shredders, pitcher Kenshin Takahashi was superb. The MSL Boston right-hander, who is tied for 6th in the PMSL with a 2.70 ERA, spearheaded his team's 2-1 win. The Patriots saw their record improve to 19-17.
Ali Aghamirzaeijenaghard, who is tied for 9th in the PMSL in stolen bases with 4, contributed to the MSL Boston win with a solo home run in the top of the fourth. For the game, the shortstop had 3 hits in 4 at-bats with 1 home run, 2 singles, 1 run scored, and 1 run batted in.
"Tough loss," said MSL Hollywood manager Andrés Gonzáles. "The kind that burns a little inside."
