Voodoo Snatch Late-Game, 4-3 Win
The MSL New Orleans Voodoo outlasted the MSL Seattle Rocketeers, 4-3, in 10 innings. Chris Veeck provided some punch at the plate for MSL New Orleans. He went 2 for 4 with a home run, a double, and a walk. He scored 2 times. Gray Wijnstekers claimed the win after being brought in from the bullpen. The right-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit in 1.2 innings. His record stands at 1-1. Mike Butler was credited with the save for MSL New Orleans, his 11th of the season.

MSL New Orleans used a timely hit from Joe Steward to get the win. The catcher stroked a 2-run double in the top of the tenth inning to put the Voodoo ahead, 4-2. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it made an impact.

"I was a little disappointed," said MSL Seattle manager Eric Harvey. "We could've and should've scored more runs."

The Voodoo improved to a lofty 27-11.
