Stingers Get Past MSL Northern Virginia for 6-5 Win
MSL Toledo beat MSL Northern Virginia at MSL Toledo Ballpark, eking out a 6-5 win. The triumph was primarily due to center fielder Gula Kahiga. He went 3-5 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 2 runs. The Stingers now have a record of 19-20 with the win over MSL Northern Virginia.

The clutch at-bat in the bottom of the ninth belonged to Kahiga. Facing Francisco Báez with the bases empty, the MSL Toledo center fielder had a solo home run. Game over, walk-off style!
