Dominant Performance by Bannon in MSL Buffalo Win
The MSL Buffalo White Walkers topped the MSL Toronto Thunder, 2-0, in USPL Mexican Summer League action at MSL Buffalo Ballpark. The standout performance belonged to MSL Buffalo pitcher and Winnipeg, Canada, native Geoffrey Bannon. Scott Park earned the save for MSL Buffalo, his 8th of the year. The losses continue to mount for MSL Toronto, which has now dropped 6 in a row.

The standout performance belonged to 19-year-old Bannon. With his baby face, he looked more like someone starting for a high school team than for the White Walkers. His performance, however, was nothing short of top-notch. The youngster dominated the Thunder, striking out 10 and scattering 5 hits over 7 innings. Bannon is now 3-4 on the season.

"When you are able to locate the ball, good things are going to happen," said Bannon.
