In a tight tilt between the MSL Baltimore Bullets and the MSL Mexico City Blue Demons, Steve Allen was the deciding factor. The MSL Baltimore right-hander spearheaded the 2-1 win. MSL Baltimore is now 22-21, while MSL Mexico City is 16-27.

Ed Egberts had a critical at-bat with one out in the bottom of the sixth for MSL Baltimore. He came through with a run-scoring single to put MSL Baltimore in front, 2-0.

"Steve did a tremendous job," said MSL Baltimore manager Terry King.
