MSL Boston pitcher Ed Dodman had a large part in his team subduing the MSL New Orleans Voodoo, 4-2. The opposition could never mount much of a rally against the left-hander. MSL Boston is 25-19 and MSL New Orleans, with the loss, 30-14.

In the bottom of the sixth, MSL Boston catcher Lee Burnaby whacked a fastball to left-center for a 2-run double. His 4th double of the season put the Patriots in front, 4-2.
