Billy Goats Down Stingers, 7-5

The MSL Colorado Billy Goats knocked off the MSL Toledo Stingers, 7-5, in USPL Mexican Summer League action at MSL Toledo Ballpark. MSL Colorado pitcher and Mexico City, Mexico, native Román Bravo had an outstanding performance. MSL Colorado pitcher Armando Carrillo got the win. He's now 2-2. Romochka Vlyalko was tagged with the loss. The defeat makes MSL Toledo 20-26.
The most critical at-bat came in the top of the tenth inning. With no one out, Wang Xiao hit a first pitch fastball from Romochka Vlyalko for a run-scoring single. It put MSL Colorado in front, 6-5.
"I just tried to see the ball and put a good swing on it," said Xiao.
