Lighthouse Rally to Win
The MSL Long Island Lighthouse ushered in the 2063 season with a win versus the MSL Buffalo White Walkers at MSL Long Island Ballpark. The final score was 7-6, Lighthouse, in 10 innings. Center Fielder Amsalu Sharif had a standout performance. Carlos Ruíz notched the win in relief. The right-hander allowed 2 runs on 1 hit in 2 innings. His record now sits at 1-0.

MSL Long Island got a game-changing hit from Sergio Benítez. The designated hitter blasted a 2-run home run in the bottom of the tenth inning to win the game. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a winner.
