MSL D.C. turned a good effort from starter Kitahachi Sasaki into a win over the MSL Cape Coral Hurricanes at MSL Cape Coral Ballpark. The final score was 6-2. The winner was Sasaki. He threw 6.2 innings of 4-hit ball. The loser was Ray Collins. Alfonso Francisco closed it out for his 2nd save.

The Divided got an important contribution from shortstop Ho-win Ai, who in the top of the fifth punched a first pitch fastball to center for a 2-run triple. It was his 1st triple of the season and put the Divided ahead, 4-1.

"Kitahachi was exceptional and he pitched with a purpose," said MSL D.C. manager Wessel Rosas.

The win leaves MSL D.C. with a record of 3-4.
