The MSL Charleston Battery got production from their entire lineup in an easy 14-1 win over the MSL Mexico City Blue Demons. Doing his part was shortstop Gerard Poldermans. Poldermans hit 2 home runs, while adding 8 RBI and scoring twice. The loss drops the Blue Demons to 4-4.

Roberto Ornelas delivered a 3-run home run for MSL Charleston in the top of the first. The left fielder went 3 for 5 in the game, including 1 home run, 1 single, and 1 double. He scored 2 runs and batted in 3.
