Andrés Calderón did all he could to help his team win. In the end, though, it wasn't enough to keep the MSL Ft. Worth Cattlemen from being beaten, 5-3, to the MSL Long Island Lighthouse at MSL Ft. Worth Ballpark. Calderón went 2 for 4 with 2 home runs. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice. Picking up the save was 16-year old right-handed pitcher Carlos Ruíz. After losing, MSL Ft. Worth is 2-2.

MSL Long Island needed the clutch hitting of You-yi Yee to seal the deal. The first baseman swatted a 2-run home run in the top of the seventh inning to put the Lighthouse on top, 3-1. For the game, Yee had 1 home run and 2 singles in 5 at-bats.
