Baseball fans saw a good contest between the MSL Baltimore Bullets and MSL Mexico City Blue Demons.

The MSL Baltimore Bullets picked up a win at MSL Baltimore Ballpark, downing the MSL Mexico City Blue Demons, 2-1. On the mound for MSL Baltimore was right-hander Ferdinand Koliewsky, who played a pivotal role in the win. The winner was MSL Baltimore reliever Pleun Kerstens, now 3-0. The loser was Dennis Wilkerson.

Had Weldon Allen not delivered a key base hit in the bottom of the eighth, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and a runner on 3rd, Allen hit a run-scoring single. That made the score 2-1, in favor of the Bullets.

"Every play was important. Every out was important," said Bullets manager Tom Wilson.

With the win, MSL Baltimore upped its record to 8-2.
