MSL Vancouver designated hitter Roberto Caro played a vital role in his team's 8-3 conquest of MSL D.C.. He went 4-5 with a double, 3 singles, and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once for MSL Vancouver. The win gives MSL Vancouver a season record of 6-4.

Tokuhei Takuda made an early impact for MSL Vancouver when he stroked his 1st triple of the season. The 2-run triple, which came with one out in the top of the second, put the Grey Wolves on top, 3-0.
