Bullets Hang 6-2 Loss on Oaks

The home crowd had a good time watching the MSL Oakland Oaks and MSL Baltimore Bullets get after it.
Good production from center fielder Ronaldo García helped the MSL Baltimore Bullets topple the MSL Oakland Oaks, 6-2. García went 2 for 3 with a home run and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once for the Bullets. MSL Baltimore pitcher Jorge Deleón got the win. He's now 1-0. José Mecedone was tagged with the loss.
With scoring opportunities rare, the Bullets had to cash in when they had the chance. One such opportunity presented itself in the bottom of the second, when shortstop Carlomaria Destefani hit a 2-run single. The single came off José Mecedone and made the score 2-0, Bullets. Destefani went 3 for 5 with 3 singles. He drove in 2 runs and scored once.
"The hot tub feels extra good after a solid win," said Destefani.
The win gives MSL Baltimore a record of 5-1.
