8-1 Loss Deepens MSL Echo Park Funk
|
A nice crowd turned out for a clash between the MSL Detroit Elite and MSL Echo Park Lakers.
MSL Detroit Elite starter Armando Guzmán had all his pitches working at MSL Detroit Ballpark. His stellar performance paved the way for an easy 8-1 MSL Detroit win over the MSL Echo Park Lakers. With the win, MSL Detroit improves its record to 2-5.
In the bottom of the second, MSL Detroit right fielder Rizal Parinas had a run-producing at-bat. Facing MSL Echo Park hurler Miguel Labato, Parinas grounded out, driving in 1 run. That made the score 2-0, MSL Detroit. For the day, Parinas was 1-5.
