The MSL Ft. Worth Cattlemen besoiled an otherwise fine performance by MSL Echo Park center fielder Carlos Serrano by beating the Lakers, 5-4, at MSL Echo Park Ballpark. Serrano went 3-5 with 3 singles. He scored 2 runs. Zuo-qian See-to was the winner in relief. His record is now 1-1. The losing pitcher was Enrico Pineda.

Salvador Antúnez drew 1 walk in 5 plate appearances for MSL Ft. Worth. With two out and the game tied in the top of the ninth inning, Antúnez had a clutch at-bat. Facing MSL Echo Park hurler Enrico Pineda, he drew a walk, driving in 1 run to give the Cattlemen a 5-4 lead.
