Wang Hits 2 home runs in Coeur Win
MSL St. Louis took on MSL Kingston in front of a lively crowd.

Thanks in large part to designated hitter Kuei-lin Wang, the MSL St. Louis Coeur beat the MSL Kingston Ponies, 5-2. Wang hit 2 home runs. He drove in 4 runs and scored twice. The 8th-place Coeur have won 5 in a row.

With MSL St. Louis trailing 1-0 in the bottom of the fourth, Wang hit a slider from Anastasio Valenzuela for a 3-run home run. It was his 3rd home run of the season and put the Coeur ahead, 3-1.

"We cashed in when we had the chance," said MSL St. Louis manager Harunobu Matsushita.
