The MSL Dayton Dirty Reds had to overcome a fine effort from MSL Colorado pitcher Alfredo Pérez to win, 6-5, at MSL Dayton Ballpark. Pérez went 8 innings and allowed 2 runs. The win was credited to Sergio Muñóz in relief. His record improves to 1-0. Kwang-sub Park took the loss. MSL Dayton is third in the 3L MSL with a record of 9-5.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the ninth inning, when MSL Dayton third baseman Esteban Sánchez, facing Kwang-sub Park, had a run-scoring walk. It gave the Dirty Reds the 6-5 win.

"Great to get the crowd on its feet," Sánchez said.
