Sheppard Hits 2 home runs in Liberty Win
MSL Philadelphia first baseman Kai Sheppard contributed significantly to his team's 9-2 win over the MSL Pittsburgh Kingfishers. Sheppard went 2 for 3 with 2 runs scored to lead the offensive attack for the Liberty. The Liberty sport a record of 4-6.

With MSL Philadelphia leading 3-0 in the bottom of the first, Sheppard hit a cutter from Joachim Ruttman for a 3-run home run. It was his 2nd home run of the season and put the Liberty ahead, 6-0.

"Every time you put a 'W' on the board is always good," said Sheppard.
