Grey Wolves Lose By a Run at MSL Buffalo
|
The MSL Buffalo White Walkers, despite a fine performance by MSL Vancouver pitcher Raúl Rodríguez, grabbed a 3-2 win at MSL Buffalo Ballpark. Rodríguez allowed 3 runs over 6.1 innings. MSL Buffalo, with the win, is 3-7.
Alberto Ruíz drove in one run for MSL Buffalo. The 17-year old second baseman had a key at-bat in the bottom of the sixth. With one out and runners on 2nd and 3rd, he broke a 2-2 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Raúl Rodríguez. It was his 1st RBI of the season.
Ruíz attributed the win to his team's "concerted effort."
