MSL Panama City Wins, 1-0

The MSL Panama City Piranhas eked out a 1-0 win versus the MSL Ft. Worth Cattlemen at MSL Ft. Worth Ballpark. Nobody did more than pitcher Steven Crouch. He was terrific. MSL Panama City reliever Steven Crouch got the win, raising his record to 1-2. John Lund was tagged with the loss. MSL Panama City bumps their record to 8-4 with the win.
With scoring opportunities rare, the Piranhas had to cash in when they had the chance. One such opportunity presented itself in the top of the fifth, when right fielder Roy Jolly hit a run-scoring single. The single came off John Lund and made the score 1-0, Piranhas. Jolly went 1 for 4.
"It's always nice to be on the winning side," Crouch told the MSL Panama City News. "But we take nothing for granted."
