MSL Long Island Gets Riveting Walk-Off Win
The MSL Long Island Lighthouse beat the MSL Pittsburgh Kingfishers, 9-8, in 10 innings, in part because of shortstop Morgan Chaundler. He went 4 for 5 with a triple, 3 singles, and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. The 4th-place Lighthouse now have a win-loss record of 7-5.

The Lighthouse got a clutch hit from right fielder Larry van der Lack. In the bottom of the tenth, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Lighthouse.

"Hustle and hard work is a big part of our success," said van der Lack. "Those qualities define our team."
