Cheng Spins Shutout Against Hurricanes
It wasn't easy but the MSL Nova Scotia Leviathan made it look that way.

Starter Li-ping Cheng shut out the MSL Cape Coral Hurricanes despite having what he later called "sub-par" stuff, and the MSL Nova Scotia Leviathan cruised to victory, 6-0. Cheng allowed only 4 hits and rang up 6 strikeouts but insisted later that he did not deserve primary credit for the win.

"It didn't feel quite right today, but I got a lot of help to get through," he said. "I trusted my catcher and the guys behind me bailed me out more than once when I screwed up."

His record this year is 5-1 in 7 starts and Cheng has a 1.51 ERA.
