84s Suffer 6-2 Setback
The MSL Greenville 84s got a superb performance from pitcher Pi-ao Rui, but the MSL Mexico City Blue Demons still won the game, 6-2. Rui threw 6.0 innings of 4-hit ball. Gerald Tate picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 1-2. Yanick Dumoulin was tagged with the loss. The win makes MSL Mexico City 4-10, nothing to write home about.

MSL Mexico City took a 5-2 lead on Ángel Garza's 3rd double of the season. The 2-run double, which Garza hit in the top of the eighth, left MSL Greenville pitcher Yanick Dumoulin visibly frustrated.

"It's the best feeling when you come through for your teammates," said Garza.
