O'Mulrooney Excels, MSL Toronto Levels MSL Memphis
The MSL Toronto Thunder routed the MSL Memphis Mockingbirds, 13-3, at MSL Thunder Ballpark. Sonny O'Mulrooney, who is tied for 5th in the SMSL with a .350 batting average, was one of the hitting stars. He slugged 2 home runs. He scored 3 runs and drove in 3 for MSL Toronto. The winning pitcher was Félix Báez. He tossed 108 pitches over 6 innings, allowing 3 runs on 8 hits. Won-keun Chon earned save number 1 this season.

In the bottom of the second inning, shortstop Leo Libbinga had a 3-run home run for MSL Toronto. It was his 1st home run of the season and put the Thunder on top, 3-0.
