Left-hander Avery Finley mesmerized the MSL Long Island Lighthouse while leading the MSL Oakland Oaks to a 2-0 victory. The first-place Oaks now sit at 18-8.

Finley's performance can only be described as masterful. He notched 5 strikeouts in 8 innings while allowing 5 hits. Finley, who is tied for 7th in the 3MSL in quality starts with 4, goes to 4-2 on the year with 36 strikeouts.
