Behind the bravura of second baseman Jong-your Chu, the MSL Nova Scotia Leviathan topped the MSL Dayton Dirty Reds by the score of 14-2. Chu was 3-5 with a home run and a double, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once for the Leviathan. The win lifted the MSL Nova Scotia record to 15-12.

MSL Nova Scotia used a clutch at-bat from Gill Gato to capture the win. The catcher hammered a grand slam home run in the top of the first inning to put the Leviathan ahead, 5-0. It was his lone hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a humdinger.

"What a forgettable performance," said losing manager Owen Kieffer. "Yuck."
