Oaks Fight for 5-4 Win
The MSL Oakland Oaks took MSL Kingston pitcher Anastasio Valenzuela's best shot and still were able to claim a win at MSL Kingston Township Ballpark. The final score had MSL Oakland getting past the Ponies, 5-4. Valenzuela went 7.1 innings and allowed 3 runs, striking out 4. The setback makes MSL Kingston 13-14.

Pong-keun Yi delivered a big hit for MSL Oakland. The pinch hitter drilled a 2-run home run in the top of the ninth inning to put the Oaks ahead, 5-4. It was his only hit, but it was a beauty.

"We're all about heart and hustle on this team. That's what wins ballgames," Yi told the MSL Oakland Times.
