The MSL Charleston Battery needed 10 innings to defeat the MSL D.C. Divided, 10-6, at MSL Charleston Ballpark. MSL Charleston right fielder Júlio Díaz had a superb performance. He was 1-3 with a home run and 3 walks, while scoring 2 and driving in 4. The 5th-place Battery sport a record of 16-13.

Díaz won the game for MSL Charleston when he hit a grand slam off Gerardo González in the bottom of the tenth.

"It was a solid, all-around game for us," said MSL Charleston manager António Díaz.
