MSL Kingston turned a fine outing from starter Anastasio Valenzuela into a victory over the MSL Long Island Lighthouse at MSL Kingston Township Ballpark. The final score was 6-1. MSL Kingston raised its record to 22-12 with the win.

Rafael García hit a 3-run home run off Myron Carter in the bottom of the first, which put the Ponies ahead, 3-0. In addition to the homer, García had 1 double, while going 2 for 4.

"I just tried to see the ball and put a good swing on it," said García.
