Leviathan Knock Off MSL Colorado, 3-1

The MSL Nova Scotia Leviathan got a magnificent performance from pitcher Plorn Dickens, who muffled the MSL Colorado offense en route to a tight, 3-1 Leviathan win at MSL Colorado Ballpark. Dickens, the winner, moves to 4-1. He threw 7 innings of 4-hit ball, while fanning 1 and giving up 1 walk. With the win over MSL Colorado, the Leviathan improved to 20-14.
MSL Nova Scotia used the hitting of Alonso Carranza to pick up the win. The center fielder clubbed a solo home run in the top of the ninth inning to put the Leviathan on top, 3-1. For the game, Carranza had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
"I pretty much put my pitches where I wanted to," said Dickens.
