Billy Goats Defeat Thunder, 5-2

In baseball, each game is unique. This one was no different.
The Colorado Billy Goats topped the Toronto Thunder, 5-2, in United States Premier League action at Thunder Field. The game was highlighted by the performance of Colorado pitcher Shawn Zimmerman. Min Der earned the save for Colorado, his 4th.
Colorado took a 4-2 lead on Joel Hinton's 1st home run of the season. The solo home run, which Hinton hit in the top of the seventh, left Toronto pitcher Brandon Fox visibly frustrated.
"We'll try to build on that win," Zimmerman told the Colorado Observer.
With the win, Colorado goes to 10-8.
