|
MSL Thunder Bay beat MSL Charleston at MSL Thunder Bay Ballpark, escaping with a 4-3 win. The win in large part was due to left fielder Vernon Adams. He went 2 for 3 with a home run and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. The Northern Lions BC saw their record improve to 12-24.
Early in the game, Adams had a 2-run home run for MSL Thunder Bay. It was his 5th home run of the season and put the Northern Lions BC on top, 2-0.
"This was a good win," said Adams.
