Grey Wolves Defeat Hurricanes, 7-3
|
MSL Vancouver right fielder Carlton Wilson had a 3-RBI performance, which helped his team down the MSL Cape Coral Hurricanes, 7-3. José Barticer snagged the win in relief. He goes to 2-1 on the season. Marcos Costa suffered the loss. With the win, MSL Vancouver raised its record to 22-14.
MSL Vancouver got a lift in the bottom of the third from second baseman Rodel Legarda, who hit a sinker to left-center for a bases-clearing triple. His 1st triple of the season put the Grey Wolves up, 5-3.
"Anytime you're seeing it well, it's a good feeling," Wilson told the MSL Vancouver Herald.
