The MSL Thunder Bay Northern Lions BC captured an easy win, 12-2, over the MSL Charleston Battery at MSL Thunder Bay Ballpark. Glenn Thomas led the offensive barrage, going 3-for-5 for MSL Thunder Bay. The Northern Lions BC improved their record to 24-13 with the win over MSL Charleston.

MSL Thunder Bay catcher Min-bum Yi contributed a timely at-bat in the bottom of the first. With two down, he hit a cutter to center field for a run-scoring single. It was his 40th hit of the season and put the Northern Lions BC ahead, 2-0.

"Getting a lot of baserunners and getting some timely hits, it's a good combination," said Yi.
