The MSL Oakland Oaks beat the MSL Thunder Bay Northern Lions BC, 4-2. MSL Oakland pitcher and Quetta, Pakistan, native Sarfaraz Mohmand led the way. Alonso Forado got credit for the save for MSL Oakland. It was his 2nd of the year. MSL Oakland is now 29-13, while MSL Thunder Bay is 15-27.

Ramón Alvarado's at-bat in the bottom of the seventh was significant, coming with the bases loaded and the game tied, 2-2. The MSL Oakland third baseman hit a run-scoring single off Francisco Salas to put the Oaks up.
