The MSL Oakland Oaks grabbed a win, 5-4, over the MSL Buckhead Bowties in 10 innings at MSL Oakland Ballpark. MSL Oakland center fielder Noud Wolthaus went 2-3 with 2 singles and 2 walks, while scoring 2. The Oaks now own a record of 28-17.
The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the tenth inning, when MSL Oakland second baseman Luis Sánchez, facing Trystão Carril, had a run-scoring walk. It gave the Oaks the 5-4 win.
"We squandered some opportunities," said MSL Buckhead manager Jason Cease.
