MSL Mexico City Blue Demons starter Dennis Wilkerson pitched a strong game against the MSL Kingston Ponies at MSL Kingston Township Ballpark, leading the Blue Demons to victory, 4-3. Nori Jouon earned the save for MSL Mexico City, his 5th. The victory gives MSL Mexico City a record of 26-20.
MSL Mexico City needed the clutch hitting of Bob Bennett to seal the deal. The left fielder swatted a solo home run in the top of the seventh inning to put the Blue Demons on top, 4-3. For the game, Bennett had 1 home run and 1 single in 5 at-bats.
"Honestly, I'm not frustrated," said MSL Kingston manager Jeffery Brock. "The effort was great."
