MSL St. Louis registered a win at MSL St. Louis Ballpark by beating the MSL Cape Coral Hurricanes, 6-2. Pitcher Alfredo Flores was one reason why the Coeur triumphed. The Coeur now own a record of 27-20.

The Coeur got an important contribution from first baseman Higino Aboim, who in the bottom of the second punched a 1-0 cutter to right for a 2-run double. It was his 2nd double of the season and put the Coeur ahead, 3-0.

Said losing manager Joe Morris: "The at-bats, obviously, needed to be better."
