Ramírez Pops Two Homers in 6-1 Win for MSL Pittsburgh
|
Ramiro Ramírez, who is tied for 4th in the SMSL with a .673 slugging percentage, knocked in all 6 runs for the MSL Pittsburgh Kingfishers, helping them beat the MSL Ft. Worth Cattlemen, 6-1. The win for the Kingfishers raised their record to 10-9.
Ramírez put MSL Pittsburgh up, 6-0, when he hit a grand slam home run off Vicente Rodríguez in the bottom of the fifth. His 5th home run of the season helped the Kingfishers capture the win.
"I put some good swings on the ball tonight," said Ramírez.
