Dudley Plays Big Role in MSL Long Island Win
In a well-pitched game between the MSL Long Island Lighthouse and the MSL Echo Park Lakers, pitcher Bob Dudley was superb. The MSL Long Island right-hander helped his team win, 3-1. Picking up the save was John Reed, his 7th. MSL Long Island, at 8-12, holds down 9th place in the SL MSL.

Dudley allowed no runs on 3 hits over 7 innings for the Lighthouse. He walked 2 and struck out 7.

"Bob pounded the strike zone and made good pitches when he needed to," said MSL Long Island manager Nees Bogermans.
