Flamingos 3-1 Winners Versus MSL Vancouver
In a tight tilt between the MSL Las Vegas Flamingos and the MSL Vancouver Grey Wolves, Ricardo Rentería was the deciding factor. The MSL Las Vegas right-hander spearheaded the 3-1 win. The winner was Rentería. He threw 5.1 innings allowing 1 run. The loser was Shihei Koyama. The second-place Flamingos improved to 13-8.

MSL Las Vegas used the hitting of Fernando Fernández to pick up the win. The left fielder clubbed a solo home run in the top of the fifth inning to put the Flamingos on top, 3-1. For the game, Fernández had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.

"We did a lot of really good things and it was a good win," said Flamingos manager Augusto Pérez.
