The Buffalo White Walkers defeated the Ft. Worth Cattlemen, 5-4, in United States Premier League action at The Cattle Pen. Elliot Reid pulled his weight. The 9-year veteran was 3-4 with 3 singles and a walk, while scoring 2. The win lifts Buffalo to a record of 10-8.
In the top of the seventh, with the game tied, Ft. Worth allowed the White Walkers to go up, 5-4, on a Ft. Worth error.
"If you want to be considered a good team, these are the kind of games you have to win," said Buffalo manager Chris Lau.
